Zamalek’s first team trained today, Saturday, at Military College Stadium 🏟️ as part of preparations for their Egyptian Premier League match against Al Masry on April 5 at Army Stadium in Borg El Arab ⚡.
Coach Moatamed Gamal held a pre-training session with the players to explain key tactical points and plans to focus on during practice 📝.
The training included physical exercises supervised by fitness coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro, with a variety of drills to enhance players’ fitness, alongside a special ball-handling segment ⚡.
The technical staff divided the players into groups for tactical drills, with continuous guidance from Gamal, before concluding the session with a tactical scrimmage to implement strategies on the field 🔥.
