Zizo to Miss FA Hearing Against Zamalek Due to National Team Camp
Al Ahly star Ahmed “Zizo” Mostafa will miss his upcoming Egyptian FA hearing against former club Zamalek, scheduled for mid-November, as he joins Egypt’s national team camp.
Ahmed Mostafa Zizo, Al Ahly’s midfielder, will miss the upcoming Egyptian Football Association hearing in his case against his former club Zamalek, which is set to take place on November 16.
Instead, Zizo’s lawyer will attend on his behalf, as the player will be with the Egyptian national team for a training camp from November 10 to 18, which includes participation in a friendly tournament 🇪🇬⚽.
The previous session, held on October 13, saw Zamalek respond to the committee’s remarks regarding Zizo’s financial complaint. The player and his lawyer are claiming unpaid dues worth 82 million EGP, a claim Zamalek firmly denies.
Zamalek is preparing to submit official documents to support its case, including signed payment receipts, a copy of the player’s contract detailing the club’s share of advertisement revenues, and clauses from the internal regulations that form part of the agreement 📑⚖️.
The November 16 hearing is expected to be a decisive step in resolving the dispute, which continues to draw wide attention given Zizo’s high-profile transfer from Zamalek to Al Ahly.
