Ghada Adel was born in Benghazi, Libya, to an Egyptian family. She spent her childhood and adolescence there and graduated with a degree in management from the Faculty of Commerce and Economics at University of Benghazi. Her mother is the half-sister of the retired actress Shams Al-Baroudi.
Ghada Adel began her artistic career through advertisements, then appeared in music videos for artists like Hany Shaker in the song "Tkhassari" in 1997. In the same year, she participated in two TV works, including Fawazeer Abyad wa Aswad and the Zayzania series.
