ðđ Born on October 8, 1917, in Abbassia, Cairo.
ðđ Studied at El-Saidiya Military High School in Giza.
ðđ Graduated from the Egyptian Military Academy in 1938 alongside Anwar Sadat and Gamal Abdel Nasser.
ðđ Served in the Infantry Corps, then moved to the Cavalry Corps, eventually leading the Equestrian School.
ðđ Participated in the 1948 Palestine War.
ðđ Resigned from the army in 1956 with the rank of Colonel to pursue acting.
ð Acting Career
ðŽ Beginnings:
ðđ Started acting in 1948 with the play Al-Watan ð.
ðđ Made his film debut in The Emergence of Islam (1951).
ðđ Got his breakthrough role as Prince Alaa in Back to My Heart (1957), recommended by Youssef El Sebai, which became a major success.
