Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz was born in Cairo and is the son of the late actor Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and the brother of producer and actor Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Aziz. He began his artistic career at a young age, appearing for the first time in 1995 in the movie The Sea is Laughing at Me, and later in El Nazer in 2000.
