About Her:
She studied law at Ain Shams University but never pursued a career in law.
She entered the acting field after the death of her father, facing objections from her mother who kicked her out of the house for a year. However, her mother eventually accepted her decision.
She began her career in television presenting programs, and was then chosen by director Ali Abdel Khalek to star in the film "The Survivors of Fire" in 1994, alongside Amr Abdel Gelil and Tarek Lotfy.
Retirement and Return:
In 2002, she announced her temporary retirement and wore the hijab after her first marriage. She then moved on to presenting religious programs and signed a contract with the "Iqraa" channel to present a religious program during Ramadan.
After three years, she returned to acting following her divorce. Her first work after removing the hijab was the film "Days of the Maid, Ahlam" in 2005.
Personal Life:
She married Palestinian lawyer Ayman Al-Bayaa, a professor of international law, in the Egyptian Consulate in Dubai.
