Sami El-Adl passed away on July 10, 2015, at the age of 68 due to acute circulatory failure caused by heart muscle weakness. He was hospitalized for several days before his passing. His funeral was held at Al-Rashdan Mosque in Nasr City, and he was laid to rest in the family cemetery.
