Mostafa Darwish started his acting career in 2011 by coincidence when he was present on the set of the film Kaf El Qamar by director Khaled Youssef, where he was offered the role of a police officer. After that, he received offers from major production companies such as Arab Screen, El Adl Group, and Synergy.

He gained widespread fame in 2020 through the series B 100 Wesh, where he played Fathy, a bodybuilding coach who joins a scam gang. He also participated in the series Khayenat Ahd in the same year, solidifying his stardom.
