She studied acting at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Cairo and began her artistic journey in the 1970s. She starred alongside legendary actors such as Mahmoud El-Meliguy, Shoukry Sarhan, and Zouzou Madi.

After a hiatus, she made a comeback with remarkable performances, with her last appearance in the TV series "El Khawaga Abdel Kader" alongside Yehia El-Fakharany in 2012.
