(Born May 29, 1977) is an Egyptian film director and the son of the renowned writer Wahid Hamed ✍️ and TV presenter Zeinab Sweidan 📺. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema and started his career by directing the short film Lili in 2001. His breakthrough came in 2006 with the movie The Yacoubian Building, starring top actors like Adel Imam, Nour El Sherif, and Yousra.
