✔️ This was due to Abdel Moneim Abu Zeid (Secretary of Marshal Abdel Hakim Amer) admiring his wife, leading to his forced divorce so she could marry Abu Zeid

✔️ After being released from the hospital, he moved to Lebanon and returned to Egypt after the downfall of the power centers in 1971
