Shweikar initially married accountant Hassan Nafea, with whom she had her only daughter, Mona Allah.
After his death, she married actor Fouad El-Mohandes, and together they formed one of the most famous artistic duos in Egyptian cinema and theater. However, they later separated.
She also married screenwriter Medhat Hassan.
