Dr. Sayed Abdel Karim was originally a university professor, specialized in pest control sciences, but his passion for acting led him into the artistic world.

💬 His colleagues described him as "a university professor with the soul of an artist" and "an artist with the stature of a professor".

👨‍👦 Despite his father's opposition to his acting ambitions, he entered the field by playing the role of a “carriage driver” in his first TV series, "Al-Naseeb", a role far from his academic background. His convincing performance brought him more acting opportunities.

Since childhood, he loved acting. He started performing at Riad Pasha Primary School in Alexandria.

📛 His friends nicknamed him "Kimo" – derived from “Abdel Karim.”

🎭 He was also active in theater during high school and college, where he often directed student plays.

🎥 Late director Nour El-Demerdash advised him to focus on acting rather than directing.
