📜 Life
Saad Abdel Wahab was born on June 16, 1926. He was the nephew of the legendary musician Mohamed Abdel Wahab.
After graduating from Cairo University's Faculty of Agriculture in 1949, he worked as a radio broadcaster for five years.
His early interest in the arts led him to pursue a career in music.
📽️ He was discovered by director Hussein Fawzy, who introduced him to cinema in his debut film "Al-Eish wal-Melh" ("Bread and Salt").
Although his discography was limited, his songs left a lasting impact on the Arabic music scene.
📍 He stepped away from singing for nearly 20 years, during which he worked as a consultant for national songs at the UAE Broadcasting Authority.
🎵 He composed and performed the national anthem of the United Arab Emirates.
