Four people suffered suffocation injuries after a fire broke out in a clothes warehouse in Gedila, Mansoura, with authorities revealing the victims’ names and details of the incident.
Four people were injured with suffocation after a fire erupted inside a hanger storage warehouse attached to a clothing shop in Gedila area, Mansoura City, Dakahlia Governorate.
Authorities confirmed the names of the injured as:
Tarek Azmi Tarek, 38, suffered suffocation,
Emad El-Sayed Ahmed, 28, suffered suffocation,
Aisha Tarek, 19, suffered suffocation,
Wahba Ayman Adel, 16, suffered suffocation, all residents of Gedila.
Security services received an emergency report about a fire inside a clothing warehouse in a residential area of Gedila.
Civil protection and ambulance teams rushed to the scene and managed to control the fire before it spread to nearby buildings and shops.
Four victims were affected by heavy smoke inhalation. A legal report was filed, and the Public Prosecution has begun investigating the cause of the fire.
