Ayat al-Kursi

Muslims may recite Ayat al-Kursi, the 255th verse of Surat Al-Baqarah, as part of their daily remembrance.

Surat Al-Ikhlas and the Two Protective Surahs

  • Surat Al-Ikhlas: 3 times.

“I Am Satisfied With Allah as My Lord”

“I am satisfied with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion, and Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet.”

Supplication for Protection

“In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.”

Supplication for Well-Being

Among the evening supplications is:

“O Allah, grant health to my body. O Allah, grant health to my hearing. O Allah, grant health to my sight. There is no god but You.”

“I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.”

The Remembrance of Tawhid

This is one of the greatest forms of remembrance and may be repeated throughout the evening and at other times.

“Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him.”
