Supplication is one of the important forms of worship through which Muslims turn to Allah. Many people seek times in which supplication is especially encouraged, including the period between the Adhan and the Iqamah.

1- My Lord, how can I call upon You while I am as I am, and how can I lose hope in You when You are You? My Lord, if I do not ask You and You give me, then whom should I ask who can give me? If I do not call upon You and You answer me, then whom should I call upon who can answer me? If I do not humble myself before You and You have mercy upon me, then before whom should I humble myself so that He may have mercy upon me? Just as You parted the sea for Moses and saved him from drowning, send blessings and peace upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and save me from the distress I am experiencing. Make my affairs easy with immediate relief, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful.
2- O Allah, help me and do not help against me; support me and do not support against me; plan for me and do not plan against me; guide me and make guidance easy for me; support me against whoever wrongs me. My Lord, make me grateful to You, remembering You often, reverent before You, obedient to You, humble before You, and turning to You. Accept my repentance, cleanse me of my sins, answer my supplication, establish my proof, guide my heart, make my tongue speak correctly, and remove resentment from my heart.
3- O Allah, do not send us away disappointed. Grant us the best of what You grant Your righteous servants. Do not turn us away from the ocean of Your generosity as losers, nor as those who are astray or lead others astray. Forgive us until the Day of Judgment, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful.
4- O Allah, in Your planning there is what makes schemes unnecessary, in Your generosity there is what exceeds hope, in Your concealment there is what repairs shortcomings, and in Your forgiveness there is what erases mistakes. By the strength of Your planning and the greatness of Your generosity, I ask You, my Lord, to arrange my affairs in the best way, make my affairs easy with the best ease, and save me from what frightens me. You are sufficient for me, and I am never without need of You. You are my Lord for as long as You keep me alive.
5- O Allah, subject Your creation to what is beneficial for me as You subjected the sea to our master Moses, peace be upon him, and soften their hearts toward me as You softened iron for David, peace be upon him. They do not speak except by Your permission. Their forelocks are in Your grasp, and their hearts are in Your hands; You turn them as You will. O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.
6- My Lord, open for me with goodness, conclude for me with goodness, and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.
7- There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. There is no god but Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. There is no god but Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne.
8- Allah is my Lord; He has no partner.
9- O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye. Set right all my affairs. There is no god but You. Allah, Allah is my Lord; I associate nothing with Him.
10- O Allah, through the subtlety of Your creation and the hidden gentleness of Your facilitation, be gentle with me in what Your decree has ordained, and turn evil away from me. Indeed, You are capable of all things.
11- O Allah, I ask You for ease after hardship, relief after distress, and prosperity after difficulty. O Allah, every blessing we have is from You. There is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You.
12- There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. I ask You for the means of Your mercy, the causes of Your forgiveness, the gain of every good deed, and safety from every sin. O Allah, leave no sin of mine without forgiving it, no distress without relieving it, and no need that pleases You without fulfilling it, O Most Merciful.
Sayyid Al-Istighfar Between Adhan and Iqamah
Among the important supplications a Muslim may recite is Sayyid Al-Istighfar, which begins:
“O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I uphold Your covenant and promise as much as I am able. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me and acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done.”
Dua for Fulfilling Needs During Tahajjud

In Your hand is all good, and You are capable of all things. Most Merciful of this world and the Hereafter and Most Compassionate toward them, You give them to whom You will and withhold them from whom You will. Have mercy upon me with a mercy that makes me independent of the mercy of anyone besides You.
4- O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne, our Lord and Lord of everything. You are the Manifest, so there is nothing above You, and You are the Hidden, so there is nothing beneath You. Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion, Splitter of the seed and the date stone, I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You hold by its forelock. You are the First, so there is nothing before You, and You are the Last, so there is nothing after You. Settle our debts and free us from poverty.
