Moses Calls the Magicians Away From Falsehood

Before the confrontation began, Moses approached the magicians and advised them not to use magic against Allah’s signs. He warned them against lying about Allah.

Allah says:

"Woe to you! Do not invent a lie against Allah, lest He destroy you with a punishment. And he has failed who invents falsehood."
(Quran 20:61)
