Mostafa Shalaby trains alone… Mansi and Bentayeg in rehabilitation
Zamalek training session features rehabilitation for Mansi and Bentayeg, and an individual training program for Shalaby ahead of the Pharco match.
Nasser Mansi and Mahmoud Bentayeg, players of Zamalek’s first football team, continued their special rehabilitation programs during the team’s training session this evening, in preparation for the upcoming match against Pharco in the Premier League, scheduled for May 31.
Special rehabilitation for Mansi and Bentayeg
Mansi, who is suffering from a hamstring tear, and Bentayeg, injured with a tear in the quadriceps muscle, are undergoing intensive and specially designed rehabilitation training aimed at preparing them to return to the field as soon as possible. Their training included running around the field, alongside light ball exercises to maintain their physical fitness without putting additional strain on the injured muscles.
Shalaby trains individually due to back pain concerns
Meanwhile, Mostafa Shalaby followed an individual training program away from the group training after experiencing mild back pain. The technical staff preferred not to stress the player during the group session to preserve his safety, setting a rehabilitation plan to gradually prepare him to rejoin his teammates in group training in the coming days.
