Those who suffer from insomnia and difficulty sleeping can turn to Allah with this supplication: "O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and what they cover, Lord of the earths and what they carry, and Lord of the devils and those they mislead, be my protector from the evil of all Your servants, lest any of them transgress against me or act arrogantly. Great is Your protection, and exalted is Your praise. There is no god but You."
